Designed with reduced overall length and shortened sleeves, it maintains full functionality and performance. Weighing 15 kg with a 28 mm shaft diameter and dual knurl markings, this barbell is ideal for training in limited spaces such as home gyms or group training areas.
While retaining the essential features of the standard XF bar, the shorter length makes it less suitable for performing Olympic lifts like snatches.
This bar is compatible only with Eleiko Classic Squat Stand, Eleiko Light Squat Stand, and Eleiko Seal Row Bench.
